150,000 pesos in my backpack ;) Week 74

This week was super fun! We had our Zone Conference and I did Divisions with Elder Lumsden for 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday). In the Zone Conference we talked a lot about working more with the members. We are going to start doing plans in every area to be able to work with the members better. And we are going to present the plans in Ward Council. It's gonna be awesome! We have a big meeting on the 20th with all the missionaries in the stake and Elders quorum presidents on the 20th! Me and my comp have to teach it and make a powerpoint and stuff since we are the Zone Leaders here.
This week have been prepping a lot for the baptisms of Julio, Abril, and Agustina this week. They are going to get baptized this Saturday! And our other convert is going to speak at their baptism! We are super excited! Also the dad of Abril who isn't a member wants to get married and get baptized too! So we are working with him right now! I love finding families!
On Thursday we took the WHOLE day to pay rent for every house in the Zone. It took so long cuz we have to travel to different pueblos that are 2-3 hours away. The best part about paying rent though is that you have to take taxi everywhere you go because I had like 150,000 pesos in my backpack and I can't get robbed haha but now most of the money's gone because we paid everything already :(
This week wasn't as hot actually. There were a lot of storms that brought the cold weather! But it has been a lot more humid so that kinda stinks haha
I'm super excited for this week because we are going to be prepping for the baptisms and finding more people to teach!! I just want to keep baptizing!! I love this work! We found 30 new people to teach last week! So we are SOOO busy this week haha. It's gonna be a fun!Love you all! Hope all is well! :)
