This week was kinda crazy but we still found a lot of people to teach! We didn't have very much time to work in our area because we were in Bahia for 2 days but while we were in Bahia we went on divisions and put 5 baptism dates for the elders there! We found an awesome family and had a full lesson that was super spiritual!
We had the Zone Leader meeting in Bahia on Thursday and Friday. We talked about using the Doctrine of Christ and challenging people to be baptized in every opportunity possible! It was also fun seeing all the other leaders that I haven't seen for a while! and then on Saturday we worked a lot and found 10 new people to teach! We have so many people that have potential to be baptized! I love this area!
I got food poisoning on Wednesday but I feel fine now so its whatever.
On Sunday i was able to confirm a kid from the ward. He is 8 but only his mom is a member. The 2nd counselor in the bishopric baptized him and then last minute he asked me if I could confirm him instead of the bishop haha so I did! It was a super spiritual experience. Love that kid his name is Benjamin.
This week we have Zone Conference and we have to pay rent and do interviews with pres so we don't have much time this week. But me and my comp want to try to do 50 contacts a day at least. We are trying to talk with EVERYONE!! It's gonna be awesome. I love this gospel so much and I know it's true! I love seeing how the simple doctrines of the Gospel can help people so much!! It's amazing!! Love you guys Happy New year!!
Funny story: Today in the bank I went to take out 100k pesos for the zone funds and then I showed the guy my ID and he was like wait ur Hunting Tanner and I said umm yeah and he looks at his worker friend and said Look it's Hunting Tanner. His friend was like "we have something for you" and then he went and got my Debit card I left in the ATM on accident. I didn't even realize it was gone haha what a Miracle! Thanks Mom and dad for the weird name that EVERYONE can remember haha
