We got a little bit dirty, but it was worth it! Week 89

Such a great week because FRANCO GOT BAPTIZED!!!! He was running a little late so that was really stressful but he and his family showed up and everything went smoothly! We had about 20 members there as well so it was pretty good (because we are just in a branch of 35 or 40 people). It was my comp Elder Norton's first baptism too! So that's cool! When we asked Franco who he would like to baptize him he said “one of you two I don't wanna be the one to pick” so I asked if it would be okay if my companion baptized him and I did the confirmation. Elder Norton was SO happy haha he was practicing in the house and everything. He did a great job!

And on top of that it was one of our best weeks for contacting/finding new people to teach this transfer! We were on fire! Plus we put another baptism date for the sister of a recent convert that went to church on Sunday and will most likely get baptized this month! (month of May). Her name is Orianna so keep her in your prayers!

We actually had a little miracle happen this week with Facundo and Orianna. Facundo has to finish his morning work in the store his family owns on Sunday mornings so sometimes he can't make it to church. So I said to him “hey me and my comp will go over to the store at 8:00 and we will help you get everything done and then we will walk to church at 9:30”  And that's what we did! We got a little bit dirty but it was worth it. We just had to pull out all the fruit and vegetables and put them out on display and then clean the floors. And Orianna and Facundo both came to church with us yesterday! Her name is Orianna so keep her in your prayers!

Today we are going to eat choripan by the river and chill! Should be a good day!

Love you all! Read your scriptures, say your prayers! Be kind and humble and be MISSIONARIES! Have a great week!
