Longest week of my life….. This week was so crazy. On monday, we were told we were leaving but we didn't know what area or who our comps were gonna be. Then our Zone leader Called us and said we are going to Mar Del Plata North haha. But then 2 hours later he said he was wrong and we have to take a bus tomorrow but he doesn't know where. So on Tuesday we go to the bus stop and he gives us our tickets. I found out i am GOING TO TANDIL!!!!! I'm in Tandil Centro and it is amazing!! It is such a tourist town. I straight up feel like im in Europe. Our apartment is on the top floor of a building and is has such a good view of everything. There are super cool cathedrals and old buildings too. My New comp is an elder from my group, Elder Blackburn. He went to the Buenos Aires MTC though because he had more of a spanish background. He's good at spanish (better than me) but we both aren't fluent haha. His dad is a spanish teacher, and spanish is actually his first language as a kid, he just forgot it growing up.
We are blind to the area. Elder Blackburn came from Mar Del Plata too, we were in the same district. He is from eastern oregon from a really small town. We have just been passing by all the numbers on the map, trying to get to know our investigators. The last Elders left us with basically nothing so this should be fun (not) haha.
On saturday we did divisions because there is an elder who kinda knows some of our investigators so we wanted to introduce them to us. We had an Awesome lesson with a guy named Ezequiel! We are going to try to baptize him this month. He has a baptism goal date for december 2018 haha but we are going to try to move that closer ;)
Today for P day we explored a legit “Castle on the Hill” (shoutout to ed sheeran). It was sweet but kinda a tiring hike up a million stairs in the woods.
Guys i love my area! It is so awesome here. I'm so excited to work hard here. I'm so thankful to be able to share the gospel with EVERYONE, no matter if they like it or not haha. Hope everything is well back home Love you!!!
